Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need to pre-purchase a ticket?: Yes! Our parking lot and supplies are limited, so having a ticket is required. Tickets can be found under the "Events" section of our website.
I can't find my ticket!: Please check your spam or junk folder. If you purchased a ticket online then you were emailed your ticket.
Can I just come to shop and not pick lavender? Unfortunately our parking lot is small so this year we can only allow lavender u-pick ticket holders onto the property.
What are your hours on u-pick days: 9am - 3pm
Can I bring my dog? No, pets are not allowed.
I need a refund: Tickets are non-refundable and we cannot swap time slots. If you are no longer able to attend then we encourage you gift your ticket to a friend!
I'm running late! Is that okay? Yes. Due to limited parking we ask that you arrive at the time listed on your ticket. However, if you are a little late or a little early, that is okay but please do not exceed 20 minutes.
What does my ticket include? Your ticket includes 1 bouquet of u-pick lavender, 1 kraft bag and rubber bands. Scissors are available to borrow.
Does my child need a ticket? For our standard lavender picking days, kids 12 and under do not need a ticket. If you would like them to pick as well then they can either help you pick your bouquet OR you can pay $10 on-site for their own u-pick bouquet. We also offer a KIDS DAY which is a fun way for your child to enjoy lavender picking as well as a face painter, balloon artist and more! Kids day is $15 per person.
Do you offer wicker baskets to pick with? This summer we are not offering wicker baskets. Instead, each person will be given a Kraft bag to hold their lavender in. If you'd like the wicker basket experience then we encourage you to bring your own :)
Does my friend/partner need a ticket if they are not picking? If you would like to bring along a friend or family member who are not picking, then they do not need to buy a ticket. However, each car must have at least 1 ticket holder.
How many days are u-pick lavender? It depends on Mother Nature, but typically we offer 8 days of lavender picking from late June to early July.
What if it is raining? U-pick is rain or shine! However, if severe weather is forecasted then we will send an email giving you the option for a refund or to move to a different day.
What else is there to do on your farm? Aside of picking lavender, we also offer lavender themed drinks and treats. Our barn will be setup as a pop-up shop with many lovely lavender products available for purchasing, including: lavender lotions, sprays, candles, sachets and more!
Is this a physically challenging activity? Lavender blooms in July so it will most likely be hot. Our lavender field is an approximately 500' walk from our barn. Our farm has some challenging terrain - gravel, woods chips & grass, so if you have trouble walking then this may be a difficult activity for you. Lavender attracts bees so if you have a bee allergy or fear, then please beware!
Can I take professional photos on the property? Professional photo sessions are not allowed during our lavender u-pick event as it is disruptive to other visitors' experience. We set aside specific times during the bloom season when photographers can reserve photography time slots. You can find out more information HERE.
