Stretch, Sound & Lavender Class

Join Niki from Stretch Pilates for a session of mat pilates and sound healing, as well as a lovely lavender picking experience.

Upon arrival, you will be given a basket to harvest your own lavender bouquet in our front field. Niki will then lead an all-levels mat Pilates class designed to lengthen, strengthen, and gently energize the body while crystal singing bowls create calming vibrations to help relax the nervous system throughout the session. We’ll finish with a mini sound bath and guided meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.

Perfect for anyone looking to slow down, move mindfully, and reset both body and mind.

Be sure to dress in comfortable clothes, bring water and a yoga mat.

If this event is postponed due to extreme weather then you will have the option for a refund or to move to a new date.
