Kidding Around Yoga Class + U-Pick Lavender Event

Spend a beautiful evening with your child exploring the wonderful world of yoga and lavender! This very special lavender yoga event is for an adult and a child ages 6-12 to attend together. The evening will begin by picking your very own bundles of lavender in the fields. Afterwards, you will enjoy a fun filled yoga class with your child on the lawn near the barn. We will practice yoga poses to music, playful breathing techniques, mindfulness activities and relax at the end of class with a special guided relaxation time under the sunset. This event will leave the two of you feeling happy and peaceful! No prior yoga experience is needed.  Class is taught by Donna Baia, certified KAY instructor. If we are unable to pick lavender due to rain, then the group will make a lavender sachet to take home.
