Fire & Ice Event (sauna, cold exposure, restorative movement, lunch & more)

Fire & Ice is a one of a kind experience here in Western New York. Taking place at Kin Loch Farm in Lockport NY. Attendees will experience a traditional sauna and cold exposure session, Qi Gong and restorative movement, and an introduction to the Enlifted Method (a mindset program exploring words, story and breath). Healthy lunch and snacks will be provided along with a special gift for each attendee.

Kin Loch's barn is not heated, so please dress accordingly. Each attendee needs to bring a yoga mat, 2 towels, change of clothes (typically sauna/cold plunge is done in a bathing suit), and warm clothes (weather depending) for the post sauna activities.
