About the Event
This 1 hour and 20 minute class will start off with a barre workout designed to sculpt, tone, and define your arms. This effective arm workout will target your shoulders, biceps, and triceps, leaving your lady guns burning.
The last 40 minutes will be "Focus and Flow Yoga," developing your calmness muscle through a power yoga sessions where you will awaken and energize through powerful movement and breath.
